AG raises £15k for northern ireland hospice

AG (Acheson + Glover) has raised a smashing £15,000 in support of the company’s designated charity, the NI Hospice.

The target was reached following a series of fundraising activities, including coffee mornings and raffles, ‘colour’ themed days and sponsored abseils. CEO Raymond Acheson and Specification Consultant, Aaron McKee raised over £10,600 collectively with a charity abseil down one of Belfast’s tallest and most iconic buildings, The Europa Hotel.

Raymond Acheson, said: “The NI Hospice is a worthy cause and helps so many families in the communities we operate in. Our staff are proud to support such an important charity. They always get behind the fundraising events and the amount they’ve raised proves it.

“As a responsible employer, AG is delighted the money raised will provide much needed support to local people going through a difficult time.”

Corporate Fundraiser of NI Hospice, Jonathan Lamberton said, “We’d like to thank AG for choosing the NI Hospice as its partnering charity and thank all the staff for their fundraising efforts throughout the year. The funds raised will allow us to provide care and support to families that are affected by life-limiting illnesses.”

The NI Hospice provides specialist care and works to provide the best quality of life for children, young people and adults with life-limiting illnesses.
