Please be aware our showrooms and outside display areas remain closed to the general public due to the ongoing pandemic.
We can, however, facilitate pre-arranged collections and deliveries for trade customers and domestic customers (payment ONLY via card, cheque or bank transfer).
In the interests of public health & safety customers must not arrive at any of our Centres / yards without having pre-ordered product for collection and having agreed a suitable collection date and time with a member of our team. You will need to bring a copy of your Sales Order confirmation with you.
Customers will need to be able to confirm product(s) and quantity required and must remain in their vehicles at all times when products are being loaded.
Customers will not be required to sign any documents upon receipt of materials. Instead, one of our team will sign on your behalf, recording various relevant details such as name, date and time of collection/delivery, vehicle registration, and/or take a photo of materials delivered.
We are currently operating with the skeleton staff and only controlled access to our facilities. Whilst we pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service, in these unprecedented circumstances we ask all customers to show understanding and patience.
Our absolute priority is the safety of our staff, customers and the community. It is therefore vital that all customers who are collecting from our branches or receiving a delivery from us respect social distancing protocols at all times.
