This competition is organised and promoted by AG Paving and Building Products. By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

• The competition is open to residents of Northern Ireland aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
• Only one entry per household is permitted unless otherwise stated

Competition Period

• The competition opens at 00:01 on Monday 6th April and closes at 23:59 on Thursday 30th April.
• Entries received outside of this period will not be counted.

How to Enter

• To enter, participants must:
  • Book and complete the 2D Design Service within the Entry Period.
• Entry is automatic upon completion of the 2D design service.
• No purchase is necessary beyond engagement with the free design service (if applicable).

Prize

• One winner will receive £500 worth of AG products.
  • The prize is:
    • Non-transferable
    • Non-exchangeable
    • Not redeemable for cash or any alternative
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition closing date.
• The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Notification

• The winner will be contacted using the details provided at the time of booking.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Prize Fulfilment

• The prize must be redeemed within 24 months.
• Products are subject to availability.
• Any additional costs beyond the £500 value will be the responsibility of the winner.

Publicity

• By entering, the winner agrees to the use of their name and/or project images for promotional purposes, including on the Promoter’s website and social media channels, without additional compensation.

Data Protection

• Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
• Data will only be used for the administration of this competition and related services unless consent is given for marketing.

Liability

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
  • Entries not successfully completed due to technical or other issues
  • Any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize, except where caused by negligence

General

• The Promoter reserves the right to:
  • Cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control
  • Disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or is found to be acting fraudulently
• This competition is governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
