AG would like to congratulate the following staff, Davy Brimage, Leeona Davidson, David Irwin, Chris Comer, Ian Dunning, Lauren Millar and Gerry Adams on completing the ILM Level 3 Leadership and Management course.
The ILM Level 3 Leadership and Management course was facilitated by South West College, through their Skills Focus Programme. The purpose of the skills programme is to help meet business needs by increasing the skill level within the existing workforce.
The sixteen week course covered seven modules ranging from leading and motivating a team to understanding stress management. The AG team delved into the theoretical and legal aspects of leadership and management, applying them to AG to provide a practical view.
Chris Comer Internal Sales & Business Development Manager commented:
‘I found the course incredibly beneficial. There was a big focus on how to work with different types of employees and their different learning styles. In recent months the team I manage has grown in size, so learning how to adapt my management style has helped me greatly.’
