Reports To: Departmental Production Manager
Location: Fivemiletown
Hours of work: 8:00am – 5:00pm Mon – Fri
plus overtime including Saturdays as required.
Main Purpose
Job Purpose: To carry out general forklift and yard duties within Fivemiletown.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- General forklift driving duties in yard.
- Ensure all products are stacked/ stored in a safe and proper manner in stock yards.
- Loading and unloading Company vehicles in a safe working manner.
- Dealing with deliveries for customers and the general public
- Maintain high standard of housekeeping yard area.
- Operate machinery in a safe working manner
- Maintain upkeep of machinery
- Fill in daily check on Engage
- Provide support as required for the relevant departments/ factories
- Day to day upkeep of the yard and surrounding areas
- General tidiness and maintenance within the site.
- Operate housekeeping equipment to maintain high standards of tidiness throughout the site.
- Adherence to Company Health and Safety polices at all times, wearing the correct company PPE while working in yards and on sites.
- Polite and courteous when dealing with customers.
- Any other duties assigned by Managers/Supervisors commensurate with the role and within capabilities.
