Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
- The promoter of this competition is AG Paving and Building Products, registered in Northern Ireland at 127 Crievehill Road, Fivemiletown, Co. Tyrone, BT75 0SY
2. Eligibility
- Entry is open to individual consumers resident in Northern Ireland aged 18 years or over.
- Business customers, trade accounts, and commercial entities are excluded from this promotion.
- Employees of the promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are also excluded.
3. How to Enter
- Customers who place an order of £1500 or more (excluding VAT and delivery charges) during the promotion period will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
- No additional payment is required to enter.
- Each qualifying order counts as one entry. Multiple qualifying orders are permitted.
4. Promotion Period
- The promotion runs on Friday 28th November.
- Entries received outside this period will not be included.
5. Prize
- One winner will receive a £250 Hastings Voucher.
- The prize is non‑transferable and no cash alternative is available.
6. Winner Selection
- The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries using a fair and independent process.
- The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.
7. Winner Notification
- The winner will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the draw.
- If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to select another winner.
8. General
- The promoter reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend the promotion if circumstances make this unavoidable.
- The promoter’s decision is final and binding.
- By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
9. Publicity
- The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity (e.g., announcement on the promoter’s website or social media).
10. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
