The garden was inaccessible and hard to work with, so we went to AG. We had looked at their website, and thought they’d quite a lot of interesting ideas so we went down to the showroom. We really liked the idea of Thomas Harpur putting it into 3D as I was keen to see the height and scale of different walls and beds. Approved Layer Dornans Paving came up with a very compact plan of work and they were very professional. Thomas had laid out the plans, and they followed those plans exactly to specification. It all worked perfectly, and this is the end result we’re delighted with.

Got our garden updated about a year ago with the help of Acheson + Glover. Went down to the show garden in Dungannon and was able to find a flag for our area. Ended up picking the Milano flag with the help of one of their sales team. To go from a concrete pad (which had been down 20+ years) to a patio area using this flag has totally changed and lifted the look of our house and how we use the area around it. Great company and experience, would highly recommend!

Trying to decide on a paving flag for the front step of our new house was really difficult as there’s so much choice out there. We were recommended to go for a bullnosed finish on the flags we eventually picked and we are just absolutely delighted with how they look when completed – our original ideas in hindsight would have looked drab in comparison. On taking on board the friendly sales assistants advice we are thrilled with the end product. A front door step to be proud of!!!!

The new patio area created with AG products has added an air of elegance to the outside of our home. The slabs arrived today, thanks so much for all your help. I just wanted to say that your customer service is fantastic. I work in a similar role myself in B2B and honestly you are great at your job. So helpful, informative and not pushy at all. On the day we visited your showrooms we actually where going to visit your competitors (I know!) and only by chance decided to visit your showroom. Obviously, you have lovely product but it was your service that really helped us choose to buy with you. There was no comparison between yourself and your competitors. Honestly night and day with customer service. No questions we asked was too much trouble. Also, a massive shout out to Kenny the delivery driver. A gentleman who was really helpful. Anyways, I obviously don’t have your managers email but please can you forward this onto them. You really deserve credit for your excellent service.
