We have various landscape design options available, depending on your requirements and budget. If you’re not sure which service best meets your needs, give us a call. In some cases, our experienced sales team can help without the need of an appointment.

In-house Design Service
Our Landscape Design specialist – Ronan – travels between our Outside Room Centres and has direct access to our outdoor display areas and internal show room resources.
FREE inhouse Design Service
Book an appointment to see Ronan and receive a free 30 minute design consultation. Following the consultation Ronan will work on creating a bespoke 2D CAD landscape design. Our Outside Rooms team will forward you both the design and a quotation for the materials within a two-week time frame.
3D inhouse Design Service
Or why not upgrade to a premium design package? Costing only £90, Ronan will provide you with a collection of 3D drawings to help you clearly visualise your new Outside Room. Our dedicated team of Advisors will then send you the drawings and a quotation within a two-week time frame.
*Please bring measurements and photos of the area so Ronan can assess your requirements. The finished design will be based on these measurements (or plans) you provide at your initial consultation so please be as accurate as possible. The quotation will be based on the products listed in the design.

On-site Design packages
With our independent Landscape Designers, we also offer on-site Design services, particularly useful for larger schemes (fees apply).
3D onsite Design Service
Book an on-site appointment with Thomas Harpur – an independent 3D Design Specialist. Please contact our Outside Rooms team to facilitate this booking. In this package you will receive:
- An on-site consultation at a time convenient to you where Thomas will discuss ideas, requirements, and take measurements.
- Correspondence from the designer as your design progresses, giving the opportunity for input and adjustments.
- A bespoke collection of 3D design drawings with guideline quantities within an agreed time frame (usually 4-6 weeks). The main focus of the design is the detailing of hard landscaping elements, but it will also include suggestions for the positioning of soft landscaping within the site.
- The 3D designs and a 2D version, along with a costing for the materials, forwarded on to you from your dedicated AG Sales Advisor (via e-mail and/or hardcopy formats).
- Follow-up service by your Outside Rooms Sales Advisor to assist in viewing the products and discussing your requirements in more detail.
The on-site design service starts at £300 (including VAT) which is fully refundable (in products) once you purchase over £3,000 (exc. VAT) of AG products through an Outside Rooms Centre.

Classic 2D on-site Design Service
Book an on-site appointment with Gordon McDowell – an independent Landscape Design Consultant specializing in Classic hand-drawn designs. Please contact our Outside Rooms team to facilitate this booking. In this package you will receive:
- An on-site consultation at a time convenient to you, where Gordon will discuss ideas, requirements, and take measurements.
- Correspondence from the designer as your design progresses, giving the opportunity for input and adjustments.
- A detailed, bespoke hand-drawn landscape design with guideline quantities within an agreed time frame. (Usually 4-6 weeks). The main focus of the design is the detailing of hard landscaping elements, but it will also include suggestions for the positioning of soft landscaping within the site.
- The 2D drawings along with a costing for the materials, forwarded on to you from your dedicated AG Sales Advisor. (via e-mail and/or hardcopy formats).

What do I do now?
For our in-house services (free or paid), contact us to book an appointment with Ronan. For on-site appointments, your contact details are forwarded on to the chosen designer who will then contact you to arrange a convenient date and time for a visit.
Terms and conditions
AG aim to fulfil the initial design within an agreed timeframe. If this isn’t possible, the customer will be contacted immediately.
