Woodward brick, Tullamore Smooth

Ard Na Smoll was built over three phases between 2013 and 2022, with the most recent phase being built by Lowry Construction Ltd. The addition of the new houses, apartments and accessible bungalows brings the total number of homes in Ard na Smoll to 52.

The development located in Dungiven has now been handed over to Apex Housing Association who excel at providing quality homes throughout Northern Ireland.

The highly regarded Woodward facing brick was selected due to its hand-crafted aesthetic appeal and its renowned durability. Tullamore Smooth offers rustic tones adding charm to the development.
