Our products are designed to look good and stay looking good. They are carefully made with the very best of materials to last for a very long time. Once installed, in the unlikely event that they do not perform as expected, we will replace any products that crack, break or fail, providing they are installed and used in accordance with our terms and conditions.
We’ll hold this promise for up to 30 years.

To avail of our 30 year homeowner guarantee, you must register your AG product by completing and submitting AG’s Registration Form.
There are three different ways you can submit – choose one of the following:
- Fill and submit the online registration form below;
- Download the PDF (which is editable) and fill in your info. Then email it to: guarantee@ag.uk.com;
- Download the PDF and hand write your info. Then post your submission to the address below.

NB. Terms and conditions apply. Only available to home-owners. Our 30 year guarantee only applies to the selected products in our paving and flagstones range.
On receipt of the fully completed application form, AG will add your property to our database and send you a Guarantee Certificate (the Guarantee is transferable when you sell your house). On sale or change of ownership please resubmit this form to ensure correct details are maintained on our database. Terms and conditions available on request.
