This card is provided to all employees annually as a perk of your employment and a thank you for your continued contribution to the company.

31 DAYS ANNUAL LEAVE

AG offer 31 days of annual leave (pro rata), with additional entitlement awarded in recognition of length of service. Employees also have the flexibility to buy or sell up to 5 days of annual leave each year, giving greater choice in how they manage their time off.

FLEXIBLE WORKING POLICY

AG offer employees the opportunity to apply
for and be considered for flexible working. We give serious consideration to all applications made by employees and, where possible, to accommodate those requests.

HALF DAY OFF ON YOUR BIRTHDAY

Finish early on your birthday, in addition to annual leave.

EMPLOYER PENSION

Employees pay in a percentage of their wages and then AG adds some more. The employee gets tax relief on the money they save into their pension pot too.

LIFE ASSURANCE

AG provides life assurance in the form of a Death-In-Service Benefit for all employees. The company provides this benefit from the date you commence employment with the company.

HEALTH & SAFETY INITIATIVE

Our Good Catch aim is to empower staff to log
innovative ideas to improve health, safety, welfare, quality and on their working environment through the Dulann software app. Three monthly prizes of £100 (1st) £50 (2nd) £30 (3rd) vouchers.

REGULAR HEALTH SURVEILLANCE CHECKS

AG, in recognising our responsibilities with regards to the Occupational Health + Welfare of our employees, is committed to maintaining a healthy and safe working environment, as well as providing support for employees who may be experiencing health problems.

CYCLE TO WORK SCHEME

AG offer a Cycle to Work approved salary sacrifice scheme. The scheme operated over 12 months allows our employees to hire a bike and cycling safety equipment up to the value of £1,000 from AG and save on Tax and NI contributions.

LONG SERVICE AWARD

Long service is something that AG believes should be recognised. Long service awards are presented to employees every year at a celebratory lunch to mark the special contribution of employees who have given long service to the company.

BEST SITE COMPETITION

Our Best Site competition ensures that AG meets and exceeds legislative requirements. The employees on the annual winning site get an additional days leave as a reward.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE POLICY

Designed to give advice, support and counselling to employees on a wide range of issues and includes 24 hour telephone counselling support and advice, as well as a structured face to face counselling service to those who need it.

£1,000 EMPLOYEE REFERRAL

Where a friend, family member or ex-colleague who you think would fit right in with our culture and values is referred and successful in their job application and probation period, a payment of £1,000 will be made to the employee who referred them.
