Nicola Dawson has been part of the AG Team since 2000 when she joined as a Receptionist and has been the Production Assistant in Fivemiletown since 2006.
Why did you decide to follow your chosen career path?
I studied Business Studies at school and came to AG for work experience, I enjoyed my time so much that I applied for a job as soon as I left school.
What does your day to day job entail?
My job entails administrative support to the Production team, each day is different.
What do you enjoy about working at AG?
I have made a lot of friendships over the years, AG has also provided me with flexible working, so I have a good work and home life balance.
What would you say to someone considering joining the team at AG?
The company looks after their staff well, it offers a range of different perks.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I enjoy family time with my kids, socialising with friends. Going to the gym and walking.
How has AG changed over the years?
AG has expanded over the years, the company is more professional, it has modernised and produces better quality products.
