AG Announces Enhanced Long Service Recognition Awards for Employees

AG Paving and Building Products is proud to announce the launch of our enhanced Long Service Recognition Awards, as part of our ongoing commitment to fostering a culture of appreciation and recognition within our company.

At the end of 2023 we held a number of workshops with our employees in conjunction with &Evolve, a company specialising in employee engagement and organisational culture. The Rock-Solid Values workshops served as an opportunity to learn more about what our values mean to our employees as well as the behaviours they associate with them. This initiative has transformed our values from mere words on a wall into guiding principles to shape our organisational culture.

Employee feedback from our Rock-Solid Values workshops highlighted the significance of reward and recognition, prompting us to improve our Long Service Recognition Awards in response. Our newly updated programme of awards have been designed to tangibly honour and celebrate the invaluable contributions of our long-serving team members.

The eligibility criteria for the enhanced Long Service Recognition Awards span from 1 to 50 years, ensuring that employees at every stage of their career journey with AG are recognised for their dedication. We believe that this new programme better reflects our gratitude for our employees loyalty, in line with our core company values. We have curated a range of awards for each milestone including gifts, experiences and enhanced renumeration packages to demonstrate our appreciation for our employees’ ongoing commitment.
