Meet the Specification Team
AG provides specification-led support from early design through to delivery, helping customers identify practical, high-performing solutions while supporting value engineering across their projects.
Aneed Mohammed
I’ve been with AG for almost 8 years as part of the Specification Team, and it’s fair to say concrete is more than just my profession – it’s a genuine passion.
With a background in Civil Engineering, my interest in material innovation and sustainable construction began during my final year dissertation on recycled plastics in concrete. Before joining AG, I worked as a Temporary Works Design Engineer, giving me valuable insight into the practical challenges faced on site. Since then, I’ve partnered with architects, engineers, contractors, and developers across a wide variety of projects with specification and technical support from early design through to completion. I’m currently studying an MSc in Advanced Concrete Technology at the University of Leeds, bringing even greater depth of knowledge to the projects I support.
Away from the day job, you’ll find me on a tennis court (win or lose), travelling somewhere new, or making the most of time with family and friends.

Ryan Collomosse
I’ve worked within the construction industry for over 10 years, building experience across both commercial sales and technical specification. Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with project architects, landscape architects and Tier One contractors for manufacturers, distributors and consultants.
I studied Business Management at the University of Huddersfield and I am proud to call Yorkshire home. Building strong relationships and supporting customers through every stage of the specification journey is one of the most rewarding parts of my role at AG.
Outside of work, I spend as much time as possible with my young son, enjoy travelling to new countries whenever I get the chance, and play football for local teams. I’m also an avid horror film and book fan with a keen interest in ancient civilisations and the fascinating stories hidden throughout history that you don’t get taught in school.

Jay Singh
I just recently got awarded my BA (Hons) in Architecture and have several years of specification experience. I’m passionate about architecture, landscapes, master-planning and the public realm. I work with architects, landscape architects, urban designers and developers across London, helping project teams specify AG products with confidence from early design through to completion.
Away from project meetings, you’ll usually find me seeking inspiration through London’s architecture, galleries and exhibitions, keeping up with the latest developments in fine art, design and the creative industries. A self-confessed coffee enthusiast, full-time foodie and enthusiastic day-trip explorer. Always on the hunt for the next great independent café or hidden architectural gem. Chelsea supporter, so conversations can just as easily turn to football as they can paving details, and I never miss the opportunity to discuss a great film or television series.

Isabelle McShane
I have over 10 years of experience in the construction industry across several sectors, including Railway, Industrial flooring and general buillding contruction and concrete solutions, with a background in technical sales and specification led solutions. Throughout my career I’ve enjoyed building strong relationships with customers and helping deliver successful projects.

Daniel McCavery
Entering my 11th year with AG, I’m starting to feel like part of the furniture! Over that time, I’ve progressed through four different roles within the business, with my current position being my longest and most rewarding to date.
Over the past few years, I’ve seen my confidence and experience grow enormously, particularly as my knowledge of the wider construction industry has developed and the relationships I’ve built with architects, engineers and other specifiers have deepened.
I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of the largest architectural and engineering practices across Northern Ireland, contributing to a range of exciting projects including Loft Lines, Portstewart Promenade and numerous Costa Coffee stores. I particularly enjoy the variety that comes with working across our paving, facing brick and retaining wall products, and helping specifiers find the right solutions for their projects.
Outside of work, I like to keep active. When I’m not at the Muay Thai gym, rock climbing or out hiking, you’ll usually find me supporting my beloved Arsenal or Glentoran.
