AG’s non-executive Chairman, Colin Walsh, has stepped down after nearly 10 years of service.

Colin has been a source of invaluable counsel and support throughout his time with the business. Having sat on many boards and led Crescent Capital, he brought a wealth of business experience and insight. He has been one of the company’s biggest supporters and has helped guide AG through many challenges and opportunities.

During his tenure, the company has been restructured to focus on its core products and is now positioned for growth in its core activities of hard landscaping products, facing bricks and retaining walls throughout the UK and Ireland.

Colin now wishes to step down to reduce his workload and concentrate on his other chairmanships and directorships. Raymond Acheson will act as AG’s Chairman from January 2025.

Colin’s final board meeting took place in December 2024. The shareholders and fellow Directors would like to extend their sincere thanks for his efforts and to wish him every success for the future.
