Developed for housebuilders, engineers and commercial teams, HomePave Flagstones provide a dependable, cost-effective solution for paths, patios and communal outdoor spaces, combining simplified specification with the premium quality and reliability synonymous with AG.

As developers continue to seek greater efficiency through fewer suppliers, streamlined product ranges and dependable availability across multi-phase schemes, HomePave Flagstones strengthen AG’s offering to the housebuilding sector. Complementing the existing HomePave block paving collection, available in Smooth, Cobble and Permeable options, the new flagstones allow developers to specify one complete HomePave paving system for both blocks and flags.

Manufactured in a practical 450 x 450 x 50mm format, HomePave Flagstones feature a smooth finish that delivers a clean, contemporary aesthetic alongside excellent pedestrian slip performance and frost resistance. The modular size has been selected to simplify installation, reduce on-site cutting and enable the straightforward creation of 900mm-wide pathways, supporting layouts designed in line with Part M accessibility guidance for residential developments.

Available in three core colours – Ash, Natural Grey and Buff – the range has been intentionally kept simple, with a single-size format and disciplined colour palette helping to reduce site complexity, minimise substitutions and maintain a consistent finish throughout every phase of a development.

Manufactured using 100% AG aggregates sourced from the company’s Fivemiletown Quarry, HomePave Flagstones benefit from production efficiencies that deliver exceptional value without compromising quality. Production takes place at AG’s state-of-the-art Toome Masa facility and is supported by the company’s recognised standards for responsible sourcing, quality, environmental management and health and safety, including BES 6001 (Excellent Rating), ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and CE Marking.
