AG, a third-generation manufacturer of paving and building products with more than six decades of industry experience, has strengthened its relationship with GRAHAM, one of the UK and Ireland’s largest construction and civil engineering companies through a new Strategic Supply Agreement that names AG as a preferred supplier through to the end of 2028.
With a history spanning more than 250 years, GRAHAM is one of the UK and Ireland’s most established construction and civil engineering businesses, delivering complex projects across sectors including residential, education, healthcare, commercial, transport and social infrastructure.
The agreement brings together GRAHAM’s expertise in delivering major developments with AG’s manufacturing capability and commitment to lower embodied carbon building solutions.
The agreement marks the next stage in a successful working relationship between the two organisations, creating a framework for closer collaboration on future projects while supporting a shared commitment to quality, innovation and more sustainable construction.
By engaging earlier in the design and specification process, AG will work alongside GRAHAM’s project teams to help identify solutions that meet the architectural, technical and sustainability requirements of future developments.
The relationship between AG and GRAHAM has already supported the delivery of significant developments in Northern Ireland, including Loftlines in Belfast’s Titanic Quarter and Nelson Place Student Roost in Belfast.
Completed earlier this year, Loftlines is Northern Ireland’s largest Build-to-Rent development and represents a major milestone in the continued regeneration of Belfast’s Titanic Quarter. The landmark residential scheme has helped transform a key waterfront location, delivering high-quality homes within one of the city’s most significant regeneration areas.
Nelson Place Student Roost has also played an important role in Belfast’s evolving city landscape, providing high-quality purpose-built student accommodation in the heart of the city. The development reflects the growing demand for modern, sustainable accommodation solutions while supporting the continued investment and regeneration of Belfast.
Central to the Strategic Supply Agreement is AG’s award-winning Woodward facing brick range, alongside its Classic and Heathfield collections. Woodward was recognised as Northern Ireland’s Most Responsible Product at the Business in the Community Responsible Business Awards 2025 and, supported by independently verified Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs), delivers almost 46% lower embodied carbon per square metre than the industry standard clay facing brick.
Rodney Davidson, Sales Director Ireland, AG, said:
“As a third-generation family business, AG has always believed that strong relationships are at the heart of successful projects. The partnerships we build with customers and construction partners are founded on trust, collaboration and a shared commitment to delivering quality.
Our relationship with GRAHAM has developed through working together on significant projects, and this agreement represents an exciting next step. It creates opportunities for our teams to collaborate even more closely, particularly as the industry continues to focus on delivering lower embodied carbon solutions.
Innovation has always been central to AG, and we are proud that ranges such as Woodward can support contractors and developers in meeting sustainability objectives while maintaining the quality, durability and architectural finish expected from modern construction materials.”
Gordon Morrow, Head Of Strategic Supply Agreements and Procurement, GRAHAM, said:
“Strong supply chain relationships are fundamental to the successful delivery of our projects. As a business delivering complex construction projects across the UK and Ireland, we rely on trusted partners who can consistently provide quality, reliability and technical capability.
AG has demonstrated these qualities through the projects where we have worked together, alongside a commitment to collaboration and innovation that aligns well with our approach to delivery. These strengths have made AG a natural choice as a preferred supplier.
This agreement builds on an already successful working relationship and creates opportunities for earlier collaboration around specification, product development and lower embodied carbon solutions.”
