AG Proudly Nominate Air Ambulance Northern Ireland as Charity Partner for 4th Year

AG, one of the UK and Ireland’s most innovative paving and building products companies is delighted to announce Air Ambulance Northern Ireland as its official charity partner for 2024.

AG’s partnership with the charity began in 2020, and since then the company has raised over £26,000 to aid the nonprofit in providing life-saving services across Northern Ireland. With a comprehensive calendar of fundraising activities planned for the year ahead, AG are set to further strengthen their relationship with the charity whilst continuing to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need across the region.

Company events throughout 2024 will focus on raising funds for the noble cause whilst incorporating one of AG’s core values – Wellbeing, including participation in the Belfast Marathon and coffee mornings, helping to promote the importance of mental, emotional and physical health in the workplace.

Based in Lisburn, Air Ambulance Northern Ireland can reach any part of the region in approximately twenty-five minutes. The service’s primary role is to deliver advanced critical care, benefitting those whose lives are at serious risk following significant injury or trauma by bringing urgent medical assistance directly to the patient at the scene.

Air Ambulance Northern Ireland is a registered charity working in partnership with the Northern Ireland Ambulance Services (NIAS). They provide the Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) for Northern Ireland. The HEMS team brings emergency pre-hospital care to seriously ill or injured patients to save lives, brains, and limbs.
