Gallions Quarter is a contemporary residential development forming a key element in the regeneration of London’s Royal Docks.

The development delivers high-quality, mixed-tenure homes set within a thoughtfully designed public realm, featuring community courtyards, parks and improved connectivity for residents and visitors alike.

The Gallions Quarter scheme represents a £200m redevelopment, contributing to a wider, comprehensive transformation programme. This includes new homes, public realm improvements, and the creation of vibrant spaces such as a public square with recreation areas, shops and cafés.

This major urban regeneration project was delivered through a Joint Venture between Telford Living and Notting Hill Genesis, in partnership with the Greater London Authority (GLA).

Sustainability is embedded throughout the project’s design with Plaza paving being supplied surrounding the community courtyards and soft landscaping.

Plaza stands out for its exceptional sustainability credentials, with the entire range earning a BRE Green Guide A Rating, and selected depths achieving BREEAM A ratings*. Our recent independently verified EPD identifies it as the lowest carbon premium paving range on the market.
