Park Avenue is a new social housing scheme designed by RPP Architects using AG’s Woodward facing brick in Edenmore Smooth and Shandon Smooth.

Woodward’s sustainable features proved to be a deciding factor with over 48% reducing emissions than clay brick. The clever brickwork design creates an interesting feature with colours and detailing on the corners and panels. The full package of flagstones, segmental retaining wall and facing brick being used compliments the project.

RPP Architects stated ‘Our primary focus was to provide a sustainable mixed tenure residential development. This project delivers the first social housing led mixed tenure residential development in this part of Belfast, creating a more sustainable addition to East Belfast.’
