The multi-million-pound Parklands Student Accommodation development in Dundee, operated by Homes for Students, is a standout example of modern, sustainable urban living. Situated on the historic site of a former jute mill, Parklands delivers premium student housing.

With 163 ensuite bedrooms and thoughtfully designed communal spaces, the development is tailored to enhance the university experience, offering exclusive amenities such as a games area, Sky Lounge with panoramic city views, rooftop terrace, and a fully equipped gym.

AG was proud to support this project by supplying our Woodward brick in Ashbrook Antique and Lewis Antique, chosen for its aesthetic appeal, robust performance, and sustainable production. Sitting directly opposite Parklands building is Stanly Studios student accommodation also supplied with AG’s Woodward brick.

Sustainability was a core consideration throughout the Parklands build. AG’s Woodward brick was selected not only for its contemporary finish and clean lines, but also for its low environmental impact manufactured with reduced embodied carbon.

The development features a dramatic mural by local artists Fraser Gray and Martin McGuiness.
