Matsu House, Hillsborough
Designed by our Landscape Designer Ronan O’Dowd this stunning new build added a classic touch to complimenting the surrounding landscape.
This specialist home is the latest unique offering from a boutique and award-winning developer of prestigious homes. Built to the highest quality, the innovative open plan design of the house was kept in mind when choosing the ideal paving. HomePave Ash Cobble was placed at the front entrance and parking areas of the house with Canterra® flagstones and Mile Stone kerbs surrounding the exterior.
The paving design had to seamlessly integrate with the modern architectural style of the building and complement its clean lines and minimalist aesthetics. In addition to the hardscaping, the design included well-placed green spaces and planters, which served multiple purposes using AG’s TerraKerb®. Not only did they soften the overall look of the outdoor area, but they also contributed to a more environmentally friendly space by supporting biodiversity.
