Weighing just 24.5 kg per block, Diamond Pro® Air is our lightest 200mm high retaining wall block to date. Its innovative design features strategically placed voids that significantly reduce the block’s weight while optimising its strength – enabling the range to support engineered walls up to 3.6 meters in height.

Manufactured in the UK under license from ANCHOR DIAMONDsm, a global leader in segmental wall systems, Diamond Pro® Air embodies the expertise and innovative design that have defined our 25-year partnership. Produced using 100% renewable energy and harvested rainwater, this lightweight, BRE Green Guide ‘A’ rated block is fully recyclable and crafted from a blend of secondary and locally sourced materials from our quarry, located just behind our Fivemiletown facility. This sustainable approach results in a lower carbon footprint, making it an eco-friendly choice for modern construction.

Lighter on Labour
Diamond Pro® Air streamlines the construction process by accelerating project timelines and reducing labour costs. Its innovative mortarless interlocking system ensures rapid and precise installation for semi-skilled workers in all weather conditions. The lightweight design, featuring convenient built-in handholds, facilitates effortless handling and transportation on-site. Additionally, the one-man lift capability allows a single worker to efficiently place each block, effectively doubling productivity compared to heavier alternatives, lowering labour costs.
Competitors blocks are stacked on palettes upside down, meaning double handling on site – an additional labour intensive step not found with any of our segmental retaining wall ranges.
Diamond Pro® Air’s capping blocks are shaped asymmetrically (tapered), making capping straight or curved walls much easier. Installation of the capping block is more efficient as the shape of the capping piece minimises the need for cuts.

Lighter on Effort
Diamond Pro® Air is engineered for faster and easier installation. A key feature of the range is its large thru-cores, which not only make the block lighter but also align vertically from course to course. When built in a stretcher bond, these aligned cores allow for efficient drainage stone filling, significantly increasing speed of build.
The top course of Diamond Pro® Air can be installed upside-down, allowing the lug locators to fit securely into the block’s voids of the course below, creating a smooth surface for streamlined capping. Lighter on Transit
The Diamond Pro® Air range sets a new benchmark in transport efficiency with its lightweight design, allowing for up to 20 bales per curtain-sided lorry—5 more than our Vertica® range. This increased capacity translates into fewer deliveries, reduced transport costs, and a smaller carbon footprint, with over 98 m² of walling per load. With fewer lorries on-site, logistics are smoother, congestion is minimised, and the entire planning process is more streamlined.

For taller walls, our Vertica® range offers the structural reliability required for more demanding designs. Both ranges feature similar finishes and a natural texture, available in three warm earth tones: Basalt, Cashel, and Canelletto. This allows for cohesive styling across projects with multiple walls, each designed to meet varying structural requirements. Choose Vertica® or Vertica® BBA for walls needing additional height or strength and use Diamond Pro® Air for shorter walls to optimise your budget.
