MyPad has recently launched Earl Of Chesterfield situated in Carlton, Nottingham. The housing association has opened more than 20 new apartments to provide accommodation for groups including young people at risk of homelessness.

The choice of building materials was hugely important as the apartments were designed to the highest specification and with the aim of creating a beautiful space for its residents. The choice of Woodward Brick in Edenmore smooth provided a charming option with the reassurance of durability and high specification.

Gemma DeBrito, the Assistant Director of Homes and Wellbeing for NCHA, said: “Creating beautiful spaces bring about positive benefits to not only the people that live in care and support services, but also those who work in them. The design of Earls Court has been created in such a way, that the very landscape of the building will contribute towards improving the positive outcomes of the people who will live there.”

AG are proud to contribute towards creating such a space and strive to provide beautiful aesthetics with the highest standard of quality.
