The latest introduction of 143 Passivhaus apartments at Pipers Square, is designed to provide high-quality, energy-efficient housing, the scheme includes a mix of one, two and three-bedroom homes, alongside landscaped gardens, play areas, seating spaces and more, creating a modern and well-connected residential community.

Pipers Square sets a new benchmark for sustainable urban housing in Ireland. With high levels of thermal performance, airtightness and energy efficiency, the development has been designed to reduce energy demand, improve resident comfort and support long-term carbon reduction.

AG’s Woodward facing brick in Wicklow Antique, and Clarendon Blue Smooth, were selected to contribute to the development’s contemporary architectural finish, boasting strong visual character through a blend of natural colour tones.

Woodward facing brick is manufactured using AG’s Enduur concrete technology and is supported by third-party verified Environmental Product Declarations, helping to reduce embodied carbon while maintaining long-term performance and design quality. Its use at Pipers Square reflects the project’s focus on sustainability, durability and technical excellence, supporting the creation of high-quality homes built for the future.
